I love this place. Especially in the spring, it's beautiful here. Downtown is especially lovely, with local restaurants galore. There is something for everyone, it seems.

We ate at Tupelo Honey and Early Girl Eatery, it seems there are other great eateries that we'll be back for.

In addition to the best food, I got to spend an entire day at Grove Park inn at the spa. It was so fabulous. The plush robes, the fireside lounge, the pools, and the company! In the words of Kristen, "you can't beat it."

I want to make this trip to Asheville an annual occurrence. Who's in?
